Great strap for carrying, and for stretch exercises

When I first saw my girlfriend with her yoga mat so carefully strapped over her shoulder, I had to have mine. The yoga bags never worked for me. It takes a long time to put my mat in one, at least the one I had, and then after class I never want to put it back in after all the perspiration. The strap is great and it even fits my larger and bulky Manduka mat, it is reliable, and made of great material. I also have used it to do neck stretches and other stretching exercises so it already has been serving on multiple layers. Love it!

I absolutely love this strap! It fits my yoga mat which is longer and thicker than normal (72" x 24" x 1/4"). Yoga mats are usually just 68 inches long and 1/8 inch thick. Works great!

Very handy gadget

This carrying harness/strap makes carrying my oversized yoga mat much more comfortable. My mat is 1/4 inch thick, so I have to roll it very tight in order to be able to fasten the clasps, so you can figure that a thinner mat will go in quite easily.

Great for wood foors at home and impromptu practice!

Okay, when I received these for my birthday from some neighbors who know nothing about yoga, I almost laughed! I have strong studio and home practice more than 5 times a week and thought socks could not possibly work but hated pulling out a mat every time I had urge or time to do yoga. I am totally surprised though! I have hardwood floors and some tile and these keep my feet warm while giving me great traction for strong vinyasa flows. I like them so much, I am putting more pairs on my list for Xmas! Be aware though.. They run small so I am glad neighbors bought Medium/Large as they shrank to fit my size 7 foot just fine.

Love the socks! At first it takes a little getting used to having each toe nice and snug individually, but I overcame that quickly. I use the socks when doing aerobics on the WII Balance Board, and it makes a big difference when you are stepping on and off the board; the grips have enough traction where you don't slip, however, you can still move smoothly and quickly. They are true to fit, and true to their description-good value for the price. Whether it's yoga or otherwise, I would definitely recommend these socks. Unbelievable difference in recovery time

I'm relatively new to running and found I would sometimes be sore the next day. My calves would be a little tired feeling after a run. Sometimes there would be shin pain, not splints exactly, but something uncomfortable. I'd read about compression sleeves for the shins as a possible cure and got these hoping they'd do SOME good.

They surpassed my expectations in every way.

I ran this morning and hours later I feel as fresh as if I hadn't run at all. I put the Zensah Compression Leg Sleeves on right after I'm done running and wear them for the rest of the day. I've heard of people sleeping in them, and they're certainly comfortable enough to. I just haven't. My shin pains are gone. My calves are ready to run much more quickly than before. It reduced recovery time dramatically.

I wasn't prepared for how well they would work. I thought maybe I hadn't run as far or as fast but that wasn't the case at all. I'm getting a second pair because I think I'll be able to run more frequently and well, I'm not doing laundry EVERY day and I'll want to wear these more often than I'm willing to wash them. They're machine washable and they dry really quickly hanging to dry. I haven't dried them in the dryer. I'm nervous they'll shrink or I'll ruin them. I'm a convert.

Pleasently Surprised!

This is a great product! I bought this for shin splints and it will help you a lot more than you think. I also bought the CEP brand and these are better:

The CEP sleeves have more compression, but dont pin point as well and therefore dont prevent the pain as well as the Zensah!
Also the CEP have more space between the fibers of the fabric yet they are still hotter, and the mosquitos can still bite though. The Zensah stops mosquitoes and are much cooler (Temp wise). CEP and Zensah are both great, but for shin splints I can say without a doubt Zensah is better!

Calf sleeves

I have had my calf sleeves for about 2 months now. I have tried them both post workout and wearing them while running. I like wearing them while running. It would be nice to have a second pair to wear after running. When I wear them for a run my legs seem to feel better at the end of the run. I am also able to wear shorts and still use the sleeves to keep my legs warm. I was and dry mine each time after running. They have been thorough the wash about 20 times now and are holding up fine. The reason I only gave 4 stars is the lack of information on weather to wear them during or after running. Other then that I enjoy the way they make my legs feel.

A fast, easy, and tasty way to get your fiber

There are several ways to get enough fiber in your diet. The best, of course, is through your diet. This means more fruits and vegetables, and fewer fast foods and snack foods. The second is by using the 'bulking' fiber supplements that use the old standby, psyllium fiber. Psyllium fiber products such as Metamucil are effective, but many people don't like the gritty texture. After all, these products are ground-up seeds with the tiny seeds attached. The third way is to use a product such as Benefiber, which has a nice texture and dissolves almost completely in water or fruit juice, and is much easier to take/swallow.

I'd suggest starting out slowly, adding a bit of Benefiber to your morning orange juice. Add a bit more every day or every other day, so you body can adjust to the increased bulk in your digestive tract.

Our bodies were made to operate on a high-fiber diet. Native plants did not come as fruit leather or in popsicles. They came as whole fruits, fiber, vitamins and minerals and all of the other healthful products of raw fruits and vegetables.

I do eat a healthy diet, but I still use added fiber. Why? The bulking makes me more regular, healthy, and I feel better. I believe it helps regulate fat and cholesterol in my body as well. It helps mimic the diets we humans evolved with on our planet.

Recommended. I use this product all of the time. I still occasionally use the psyllium fiber products as well, just not as often since I've discovered Benefiber.

convenient fiber

I am dieting, seriously, and while I have no need for "regulation", I am trying to increase my fiber intake without wasting too many calories on it. I also don't want to be bothered with mixing powders, or chewing tablets. This seems to do the trick. I would guess that it will remain part of my diet. Just wish they came in larger quantity containers. When you are taking 4 to 6 a day, the bottle doesn't last long. So far I've lost 25 pounds and have only 39 to go. And, importantly, I am staying healthy.

Does Not Affect Taste of Beverages

Benefiber is a fiber supplement that comes in powder form. It dissolves in beverages without affecting the taste of the beverage. Someone in my family used this product without any other modifications to diet or exercise, and a marked decrease in triglyceride and cholesterol levels resulted.

Injinji No Show Lightweight

These socks were perfect for me. I got a huge blister from running in my five fingers shoes the first few times. I picked up these (expensive) socks on a whim and couldn't be happier. They not only made my run blister and pain free, but I also felt like my feet could breathe better, although that could have just been in my head.

If you have five fingers shoes and get blisters or jus want a more comfortable run I recommend these.

Love, love, love

I ran in Vibrams for about 9 months, barefoot, and it worked out pretty good. But after a while the shoes were destroyed by an unbearable funk that would not come out regardless of how much I washed them. After reading many others comment about this problem and offering the Injinji liners as a solution, I decided to give these a shot. Recently purchased a new set of Vibrams and got a pair of Injinji no-show liner - they are AMAZING. Much more comfortable to run in lined feet vs. barefoot AND after about 100 miles the Vibrams still smell like new. The Injinji's have held up pretty good, it's a very thin sock but resilient. The no-show cut is perfect for Vibrams. Highly recommend!

Awesome light minimal sock

After running my First 50 mile Ultra in July and trashing my feet I decided it was time for a change. I ran in a famous maker running sock and ended up with blisters on heels and under toe nails..ouch right??? After a little research I ordered a few pairs of these socks. They are super light weight. Feels like you have nothing on at all. It is great. I've run several trails in them and no issues. As I am writing this review I am ordering a few more pairs and a couple of original pairs with a little more cushion for road running. I like the compression my other socks offered in the arch but I will take blister free feet and toes over that any day. Give them a try. They are awesome.. (I normally run 40-60miles a week road and trail)
