ok i've been working out and eating healthy for serveral months and went from 210 lbs down to 159lbs with still a little more to go , well the closer you get to your goal the harder it is to lose the last little bit of fat so i was browsing online and saw this zi-xiu tang and how great it was for weight lose, so i researched it for almost a week seeing great reviews from people who tried it and OF COURSE reviews from those people who like to DOWN TALK PRODUCTS THEY NEVER TRIED.so i deiced to go ahead and buy it , fast shipping .first week i stepped on the scale everyday lol just to prove to myself that i may have just wasted $25.00 on this stuff and on the 3rd day i lost 3.2 lbs 5th day2.0 lbs 10th day 2.6 lbs !!! wow and the the energy is very nice, not jittery , no sick feeling just , nice and i wasnt ever hungry , I HAD TO FORCE MYSELF TO EAT and everyone around me is noticing that my weight is dropping much more quicker and im still eating healthy and working out. i love this new product that i was luck to find!! i love it , i just ran out this morning, and just now placed another 2 orders :. i am so happy with my results now!! i'll be at my goal in less then 2 months instead of 4 yaay!!
take two pills in morning with bottle water + work out+ eat healthy (some times) = pounds dropped

So my mom first got me some sample packs of Zi Xui Tang to try. I was a little hesitant, but it was only like a 12 day supply, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I looked online for reviews and information on side effects and couldn't find many negative comments about it which made me a little suspicious. It seemed like mostly sellers hyping the effects. I figured I'd share my experience and let you decide if it's worth taking.
The first day I took the pills, I didn't notice anything. But from the second day on I definitely noticed. For one, I was extremely thirsty. More thirsty than I have ever been and no matter how much water I'd drink it didn't quench my thirst. From what I read, you're supposed to drink A LOT of water with these, so I just assumed that maybe I wasn't drinking enough. Second, about an hour after taking them, I felt like I was burning up. It was very uncomfortable and kind of made think twice about taking the pills, I read reviews that said that you could have increased body temperature as it speeds up your metabolism so I kept taking them. Third, they suppressed my appetite so much to the point that I wasn't eating all day and didn't feel hungry at all. That seems good, but I started to feel nauseous and weak from not eating, so I had to make myself eat even though I wasn't hungry. And finally they act as a laxative, at least initially. They claim to cleanse your system and say that after a while it will stop and the weight loss will increase. It's not so bad that you'll be in the bathroom all day. For me it was the same frequency, just with much more urgency. I also have a thing about public bathrooms for #2 so the less frequency could in part be that I was keeping myself on my usual schedule.
Anyway, I felt all those effects within the first week of taking the pills. Basically I felt like crap and was about to stop taking them. Then I weighed myself and I had lost 7lbs in one week. That kind of made me want to keep taking them and just deal with the side effects. I started drinking more water, and sucking on those Halls refresh drops to help with the thirst and just dealt with being hot and not hungry/nauseous. By the end of the second week I had lost another 8lbs so I ordered a 60ct bottle. I didn't plan well so I didn't receive them until I had run out of the samples, so there was like a 3 day lull in taking them. I don't know if the the active ingredients need to build up in your system, but by the end of the third week I didn't lose any additional weight. Then the fourth week I didn't lose anything...this Friday was week 5 and I'm still at the original 15lbs lost.
So after 5 weeks I'm still very thirsty, but not as much as initially. I'm still burning up, in fact I've been taking my temperature and one day I was at 99.4 and today I was at 100 degrees. I'm still not very hungry and have to make myself eat or feel sick and the laxative effect has trailed off for the most part. I don't know if it's related, but my chest has been hurting a bit and I haven't been able to sleep very well.
So that's my experience. I've been taking them for 5 weeks and lost 15lbs in the first 2 weeks, but nothing since. I've also been feeling like crap. I kind of think the weight loss was due to the "cleanse" and the fact that I'm forcing myself to eat, but skipping a lot of meals because I'm not hungry. I did lose weight but not sure if it been worth the feeling like crap. Hopefully others have better experiences. I have another 2 or 3 weeks left of the bottle, but am debating whether to continue.

first off i would highly reccomend this pill it is amazing it's really a miracle pill. i have lost 15 pounds in one month no excercise, i absolutely love food to where i just eat nonstop an with taking these i have to force myself to eat the only thing i reccommend is you drink lots n lots of water or you'll get very dehydrated...the only thing that sucks is you pay [...] bucks for 12 days worth but its way worth it... better than any other diet pill out there an believe me i tried alot. If you want a diet pill with no jittery feeling doesnt make you sick this is it
